The Stories of Your Beautiful Human Experience

I want to share a powerful perspective and mindset to help you find peace, balance, and harmony managing the negative emotional aspects of past situations and conditions.

As a mindset coach, I spend a lot of time helping individuals identify and transform various emotional barriers and limiting beliefs; that, more often than not, are carryovers from early childhood events or past trauma-related experiences.

Now, we can’t go back and change the past, what’s done is done.

However, we can change the associated negative energy and emotions, to alleviate any lingering mental pain and suffering.

To activate a healing process until nothing remains aside from another experience along the journey of life.

And here’s the good thing, you already have everything you need to overcome the burdens of your past.

And we can begin that transformation process by first identifying “What do you want instead?”.

Meaning, how do you want to feel going forward?

What alternative, empowering beliefs and emotions can you associate to replace and defuse the existing negative emotions for a given event or situation.

Now, I recognize there are several modalities available to facilitate belief transformation.

And it’s important for you find a process that feels most comfortable to you.

However, I prefer PSYCH-K® for a number of reasons.

-      First, it’s a proven, science-based process that’s been helping individuals for well over 30th years.

-      Second, I’ve experience transformations both first hand and with the clients I work with.

-      And finally, for most situations the subconscious transformation process happens pretty quick.

When successful, that emotionally charged experience or situation can become nothing more than another memory.

And before you know it, you will have mastered the magic of living in the present…. and accepting the human experience for what it is, a personal divine spiritual journey.

Now, here’s my perspective and mindset.

I believe each of us truly are spiritual entities having a human experience.

And whether we pre-selected our unique earthly experiences, or we just happened to appear at this place, in this time, is somewhat inconsequential to the overall miracle of the actual human experience.

And I certainly understand many may come into this existence predisposed to various situations and conditions.

And, unfortunately, others may be subjected to situations that no one should have to encounter.

I never diminish, downplay, or judge the challenges or struggles of anyone.

We are all on our own path in life.

And regardless of the situation, the intention is to help become free from reliving the negativity of the past, and to empower a mindset and perspective that gives equal measure and balance to all the experiences of one’s life; the good, the bad, and everything in between.

Because honestly; in its entirety, all of your life experiences make up your unique, beautiful human experience.

I like to use an analogy of Memories, Photos, Scars, and Tattoos.

I have a lifetime of fond memories, and really special experiences.... and a couple Tara bytes of photos and videos taken along the way.

I also have a few mental and physical scars from my personal life challenges, childhood accidents, events, and injuries, and even a more recent brush with cancer.

And I have several tattoos.

I have a tattoo that represents special prayers for a loved one during a time of struggle, a tattoo for a special bond between me and my three sons, tattoos related to my own personal life experiences and transformations, as well as a tattoo to honor the lost a loved one.

I also have a couple new tattoos in mind to celebrate some recent accomplishments.

And, soon, I’ll have a new scar after I get some stitches removed.

Together, they represent my beautiful human experience.

But from there, I choose to live life in the present and truly be thankful and grateful for a life well lived.

The good, the bad, and everything in between.

And I’ll leave what happens going forward in the hands of GOD.

Today, the sun is shining and the temperature is a cool 71°.

I’m going to take my pal Annie Oakley for a nice hike, and then bake my very first loaf of sourdough bread!

Wish me luck!
