What Happens During a PSYCH-K Session?

"What do you want instead?"
First, it’s important to understand PSYCH-K® is a permission protocol.
It’s considered a “do with” process; meaning, it requires subconscious permission from the individual seeking the belief change.
Second, clarity of intention is extremely important.
The client, or “partner” as referred to by the facilitator, must be the one identifying the need for change and creating a new belief statement that is specific for the situation or behavior going forward.
The role of the facilitator is to hold a safe and supportive space for the partner, and to facilitate the PSYCH-K® process to achieve the desired transformational change.
The role of the partner is to be open and receptive to the change. To connect to the inner wisdom and believe in the ability within to make the change.
One of the first things PSYCH-K® facilitators ask is “What do you want instead?” Meaning, how do you want to act, respond, or react going forward when you experience a similar situation in the future?
Basically, the individual has an existing situation or condition that is generating negative emotions and/or beliefs. This could include certain anxieties, fears, limiting beliefs, or self-doubts. And those emotions may not align with current personal or professional aspirations, desires or goals.
And therefore, could be holding the individual back both personally and professionally. By asking the partner, “What do you want instead?”, the facilitator can begin the process of helping the partner create a new goal statement to support the new belief programming.
Muscle Testing and Transformation
In PSYCH-K®, muscle testing is used to communicate with the subconscious mind both before and after a subconscious mindset transformation process.
The facilitator will do a pre-test to first determine how an individual’s subconscious responds to a specific belief statement.
From there, the facilitator will guide the individual through the transformation process using the appropriate PSYCH-K® process. A post transformation muscle test is used to validate the success the belief change.
Following the PSYCH-K® transformation, the individual will be tasked to identify specific actions that can be taken in the immediate future to help lock-in the transformational changes.
This final step is extremely important as science has demonstrated daily activation of new neural circuits help build dominance over old programs.
